Summit Law Covid-19 Vaccination Policy

08 December 2021

At Summit Law we're committed to keeping our people, clients and communities safe from COVID-19 and operating a safe working environment.

We recognize the importance of being fully vaccinated as an important step in this commitment. After careful consideration of the Government’s Covid-19 Protection Framework and the classification of our region to ‘Orange’, from 3 December 2021 Summit Law is requiring all of our team, contractors, clients, visitors and third-party suppliers that attend our premises to be fully vaccinated and be able to verify this with us.

Visitors to our premises will be asked to confirm their vaccination status (verbally or otherwise) with their Summit Law representative prior to their visit. We will then please require evidence of status upon arrival.

Summit Law will accept evidence in the following:

A Vaccine Certificate/My Vaccine Pass from My Covid Record
A Vaccine Certificate/My Vaccine Pass from My Covid Record
A Letter from the Ministry of Health
A Letter from the Ministry of Health

We will not be holding any personal records on file, only confirmation that we have sighted your vaccination record and that you are able to attend our premises.

For any clients or visitors to our premises who are not fully vaccinated, we ask you to please get in touch with your Summit Law representative, before you are due to meet, to arrange an alternative meeting format.
